Ebuuks.com Return and Exchange policy:

Products eligible for return or exchanged must be items sold and fulfilled by Ebuuks.com, and detailed email of problem must be sent within 7 days of shipping for a refund, less shipping and handling, exchange, or store credit. If the return is a result of our error, you will receive a full refund with shipping and handling. To be considered for a refund, items must be returned in their original product packaging.

When writing to Ebuuks.com to arrange for a return, please be as descriptive as possible regarding the problem with the merchandise. Once we receive your email, we will contact you, and workout the best course of action. 

Ebuuks.com is not responsible if the wrong shipping address is given to us by the customer, and no refund will be given. Wrong products ordered will be just store credit once product is returned.

Shipping and handling charges for Ebuuks.com are borne by the buyer if it is a customer error. To ensure the safe return of the merchandise, items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a traceable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, we suggest insuring the shipment for the value of the merchandise and shipping your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.

Ebuuks.com products are returnable up to 7 days after shipment if they are returned in their original condition. Returns/Exchanges for any reasons other than damage, defective, or mistake on Ebuuks.com part will be charged a 25% restocking fee less shipping and handling if a item is returned opened, or package is refused at time of delivery. These items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap. Calculating Your Refund The following conditions and exceptions apply. It's at the discretion of Ebuuks.com to issue a full or partial refund for an order or store credit. If a new item is returned opened, or an item is returned as unwanted (not defective), Ebuuks.com will deduct a 25% restocking fee from your refund. Partial refunds: Any opened products returned within 7 days of delivery.  Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.

 

Receiving a refund will be determined after we receive and process your return. Expect your refund within 4 to 6 weeks. This time period includes: 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper; 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return; 7 to 14 days for your bank to process our refund request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within 6 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us.
